Shipper/ Receiver– Day Shift

Responsible for the loading / unloading, inspection (per control plan), identification, and recording of all materials received or shipped. Valid forklift licence required. Competency with computerized inventory systems.

Press Operators–Afternoon and Weekend Shifts
Responsible for performing set-up and operation of stamping press lines ranging from 400 Ton to 1200 Ton. Past stamping experience a must and transfer press experience a definite asset.

Weld Cell Operators – Afternoon and Weekend Shifts

The weld cell operator is responsible for placing parts properly into the pre-programmed weld cell. They must ensure the weld quality by identifying defective welds and follow all safety procedures while operating  the weld cell. This is an entry level position with on the job training.

Sorter/Repacker –  Afternoon and Weekend Shifts

The sorter examines and / or reworks stamped parts. Responsible for packing product to customer packing instructions.  Sorts for defective product, and fills out the necessary paperwork. Entry level.

GMAW Robotic Weld Technician –  Afternoon Shift

The GMAW Weld Tech is responsible for set up and adjustment of GMAW production parameters to maintain part quality, dimensions and cycle times. 3yrs+ experience in automotive robotic welding and quality,  (eg. TS16949 or IATF) required. Trouble shooting weld robots and controls required. Experience with Lincoln /Fanuc is an asset.

Tool and Die Makers –  Afternoon Shifts
Machining, tooling component preparation, assembly, part and die development are some of the core responsibilities of this position. Experience with manufacturing automotive stamping dies and a valid tool and die certificate is essential.
